Cruise Passengers: Yes! This tour makes a great shore excursion. You will take the ferry over to Playa del Carmen on your own and meet the driver on the other side.
Tour Schedule: During high season, this Xel-ha Tour runs everyday, and on regular, it runs from Tuesday to Sundays.
Departure: Meet at the entrance of Paseo del Carmen Mall in Playa del Carmen. You will need to take the passenger ferry over from Cozumel on your own to meet this tour.
Duration: Park Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. How long you stay is up to you.

Kids: Children under 4 years old have free admission (An ID is required). Kids prices apply to ages 5-11 years old. Kids that are over 55" tall but under 12 years old will need to show picture ID to get kids price.
IMPORTANT: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
