This is a very popular tour to the Mayan Ruins of Chichen Itza.  You'll cruise in style in an air-conditioned panoramic deluxe motorcoach with reclining seats and restrooms for the long drive to the new Wonder of the World - Chichen Itza. Then swim and cool off in the clear blue waters. Once at the ruins, your expert guide will share with you the history and legends of the ancient Mayan civilization at Chichen Itza, enthralling you in the majesty of these amazing people. You will learn everything you need to know about their culture, traditions, and technological advancements. After you've had some free time to explore, we will head to cenote Xcajum. Kids: All ages are welcome. Kids prices apply to ages 5-11. Kids under 5 are free and don't need to be reserved. Just write them in the special instructions box.

We Recommend You Bring:

• Swimsuit - If you want to swim in the Cenote.

• Sunscreen - A must.  Temperatures at Chichen Itza top 90 F most days, and there is little shade.  If you will be swimming at Xcajum, only Biodegradable Sunscreen may be used.

• Camera - This goes without saying.

• Pocket money - There are a variety of shops in Chichen Itza - you may wish to buy something.

• Hat - You'll want some type of hat to protect you from the sun.

• Guidebook - Your guide is very good, but when you have time on your own, you may wish to refresh your memory about the temples. You may also wish to read about the Mayan Ruins on the bus trip.
