The Chichen Itza Clasico (or Chichen Itza Classic) is the most commonly found tour to this famous Mayan Ruins site.  The difference here is only that we sell it for a lot less!  Shop around - you'll find this same tour sold on other websites for $99.00 and sometimes even more! You'll be picked up at your Playa del Carmen hotel and taken in air-conditioned comfort to the ruins at Chichen Itza, where you'll be treated to a buffet lunch at a lovely local hotel.  You'll need this nourishment for the big adventure that awaits you!

You'll enjoy your 90 minute guided tour of the magnificent ruins of Chichen Itza, followed by free time for you to explore on your own and take photos.  Then we'll visit a cenote where you can cool off with a swim or take photos.  This is perhaps the most popular tour in Playa del Carmen, because after all, there is only one Chichen Itza.

Cruise Passengers:  This tour is not compatible with most cruise schedules.  We suggest visiting Tulum or Coba instead.

We Recommend You Bring:

• Camera - This goes without saying.

• Hat - You'll want some type of hat to protect you from the sun.

• Pocket money - There are a variety of shops in Chichen Itza - you may wish to buy something.

• Suncreen - A must.  Temperatures at Chichen Itza top 90°F most days, and there is little shade.

• Guidebook - Your guide is very good, but when you have time on your own, you may wish to refresh your memory about the temples. You may also wish to read about the Mayan Ruins on the bus trip.
