An exciting opportunity you won't find anywhere else - snorkeling with real live sea turtles in their natural environment! Start out with a visit to beautiful Yal-Ku Lagoon, where you'll enjoy some of the best snorkeling anywhere in the Playa del Carmen area.

We'll make our way down the road to Akumal Bay, where we'll spend about 45 minutes snorkeling with loggerhead sea turtles, who populate the bay to feed on the lush sea grass. Then we'll spend another 2.5 hours or so relaxing on the beach, eating and swimming.

Snorkeling Yal-Ku Lagoon

Cruise Passengers: We recommend Sea Turtle Snorkeling instead, as it works better with most cruise schedules. The only difference is you don't visit Yal-Ku.

Tour Schedule: Daily at 10:30 AM

Duration: Approximately 6 Hours

Departs: Meet at Senor Frog's at the Playa del Carmen ferry pier downtown.
