Q: What is the weight limit to go horseback riding?
A:  At Loma Bonita, it's 220 lbs (100 kg).  At Punta Venado, 240 lbs. (110 kg) is the limit. At Paradise it's 265 lbs.

Q: Which horseback riding tour is closest to my hotel?
A:  If you're staying in a hotel North of Playa del Carmen, such as Puerto Morelos, Playa Paraiso or Playa Secreto, then Paradise will be the closest location for you.  If you're staying in a location south of Playa del Carmen, such as Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, or Tulum, then Punta Venado (and the Snorkeling) will be the closest location for you.  If you're staying in Playa del Carmen itself, click here. 

Q: I've never ridden a horse before, can I still do these tours?
A: Absolutely!  Our tours are all suitable for first time riders.  No worries, your tour guide will show you how it's done.
