Q: What if I Don't Want the Tulum & Coba + Playa del Carmen Plus with Xcaret Plus Package?

A: You can always book the Tulum tour of your choice ala carte by visiting our Tulum Tours page. Still great savings!

Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?

A: Our Super Saver Combo have the same great cancellation policy as the tours themselves. You can cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before the first tour, and there is never a charge to change your date. There is no risk to book with us! Please note that as this is a special package, the tours are not separable refunds apply only if both tours are cancelled. You can always switch to a single tour though.

Q: But What if it Rains on That Day?

A: It's the tropics - it can rain a little bit every day, it would be strange if it didn't.

However, these are quick tropical showers with the rest of the day almost always being pleasant and usually sunny. Besides, you can always change the date.

Q: What Other Options Do You Offer?

A: If you are not interested in doing a combo, we offer every tour by itself, all of them are offered at incredible low prices and discounts, and are available for you to book right away. Click around and find the best option for you.

Schedule: These tours are done on separate days, each is a full day tour. Start time varies but will be 8:00 AM or maybe a bit earlier. The exact time will be specified on your confirmation. We will return in the late afternoon or evening after the parks close.
