Q: Does the price include transportation?
A: It definitely does! All our food tours include pick up and drop off from your Cancun hotels. You’ll travel comfortably in our private cans with A/C.
Q:Is there transportation from my Playa del Carmen or Riviera hotel?
A:Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya is available for an additional $20.00.
Q: Do you have vegan options?
A:Yes. When you book one of these tours, please type how many vegan dishes you would like in the special requests field.
Q: It all sounds delicious… but how much food will we be getting?
A:It wouldn’t be much of a food tour, if food wasn’t provided in significant amounts! All tours are designed and tested to give a complete meal for an average adult. Guests usually feel full after the drinks and food tastings.
Q: Is it possible to cancel/reschedule my food tour?
A:Schedule changes are allowed only if Cancun Discounts is provided a 24-hour notice before the date of your tour. Full refund cancellations require a notification 7 days in advance. If you cancel the tour prior to the 24-hour notice, only 50% is refunded. If the cancellation occurs after the 24-hour mark, we can’t provide a refund.
