Q:  Is the price per person or for the whole boat?  What does it include?
A:  The price is for the whole boat, not per person.  Sometimes it is for the first group of passengers with an extra passenger charge over a certain amount, depending on the catamaran but this is clearly explained on the page. 

Q:  What does my Catamaran Charter include?
A:  Every catamaran charter comes with a full English Speaking crew to serve you and show you a great time.  It comes with snorkeling equipment, an all-you-can-drink open bar, and all boats have restrooms on board.  Depending on the catamaran, some have different amenities available like water toys etc.  This is described on the tour detail page.

Q:  Do I Need to Book In Advance?  Can I Wait Until I Get There?
A:  Definitely yes.  There are only a few private catamarans in Playa del Carmen, and once they are booked to another party they are not available to you and you won't get to enjoy sailing on the Caribbean.  Advance reservations are a must, and we advise to book as soon as you know you want to go.  You can always add on transportation or adjust the amount of people later, at least your boat is secured.

Q:  Can I Do a Custom Itinerary or Do I Need to Do The One Shown?
A:  On private charters, the boat is yours for the day.  You can do a custom itinerary within reason.  We do all sorts of things!  You can ask one of our Groups Specialists by using the Custom Quote form or you can contact us by using the phone number or live chat in the upper right part of the page and we're happy to set it up for you.  You can also go ahead and book your tour and write your request in the special instructions box when booking.

Q:  My Budget Doesn't Really Allow for Private.  What Can I Do?
A:  No worries!  We have a good selection of shared group tours as well, they are shown at the bottom of the table above, where you can go snorkeling or take a sunset cruise with other people for only about $60 to $100 per person.  It's a nice way to meet some new people and keep the costs down if you don't mind to do a set itinerary.
