FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PARK

Q:  Where is the park located?
A:  It is located in the middle of the jungle, west of Puerto Morelos, literally in the middle of nowhere.  That's one thing that is great about it.  Figure 10-20 minutes from Puerto Morelos, 30-40 minutes from Playa del Carmen and Cancun.  Transportation is always included for your convenience.

Q:  If I don't want to swim in the cenote, do I have to?
A:  You don't have to do anything you don't want to do.  You can watch others swim, but we really recommend to bring a swimsuit.  After a hot and humid tour through the jungle, the cool waters of the cenote feel sooooo good!

Q:  Can I wait until I get to the Riviera Maya to book?
A: This amazing park is so popular, it almost always sells out well in advance.  This is one tour for sure that you should plan ahead for or you well may be disappointed.  Of course you also save money and valuable vacation time by doing so.

Q:  But I want to see what the weather will be like.
A:  The weather will be hot, it will be humid.  Especially in the summer.  It is the tropics, so every day is pretty much the same.  It is never cold in the jungle, and remember that it is the tropics so we have short squalls at any time of the day, any time of the year.  Tours will run rain or shine, but trust me - if it rains a bit on a hot and muggy afternoon in the jungle, it will feel so good!   Your adventure will run rain or shine, like all tours in Cancun, and you will have a blast...rain or shine.
