Tour Schedule:  Monday through Saturday at 8:30 AM. Exact hotel pick-up time varies depending on the location of your hotel, but will be specified on your confirmation voucher.

Duration:  8.5 hours approximately.

Departure:  Complimentary Pick-Up at your Riviera Maya hotel.

Kids: Kids ages 5 and up. Must be at least 55" (140cm) and at least 88 lbs (40kg). Kids under 7 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.  Kids over 7 years old can do this activity by themselves. Must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license to drive the amphibious vehicles at Xplor.

Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or those who suffer from diabetes, heart problems, epileptic fits, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia. Must be at least 88 lbs (40kg) and not more than 300 lbs (136kg) to do the zip lines portion of the tour at Xplor.

IMPORTANT: Delphinus will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment.  It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
