We take you directly, non-stop to Xel Ha park, where you'll show your voucher for all-inclusive admission. Our Advice: Hotel pick up is up to you but we suggest 7-8 am. Then you can be at the park when it opens at 9:00AM for the best snorkeling, and to get the best spots before the tour buses arrive. Then you can get breakfast (included with the all-inclusive package) at Xel-Ha too. At Xel-Ha you can swim/snorkel, float down the lazy river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock. Once inside Xel-Ha all your food & beverages are free. As much as you want! This exclusive private tour will save you about 2.5 hours over a public tour.
Cruise Passengers: This is an excellent idea for a cruise shore excursion. We'll pick you up at the cruise or ferry pier or a nearby location, and have you back in time to make your ship. We're on your schedule.
Tour Schedule: During high season, this Xel-ha Tour runs everyday, and on regular, it runs from Tuesday to Sundays.
Duration: Park Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. How long you stay is up to you.

Kids: Children under 4 years old have free admission (An ID is required). Kids prices apply to ages 5-11 years old. Kids that are over 55" tall but under 12 years old will need to show picture ID to get kids price.
IMPORTANT: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
