Swimming with dolphins is an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience. You'll swim in the deep water with these magnificent creatures, and interact with them face to face, including getting a kiss, a hug, and stroking their special skin. You'll watch them do tricks like jumping over your head, or blowing bubbles, very fun!

Then for the grand finale, the dolphins will push you across the water with their noses at such high speed, you'll actually lift out of the water like Superman! Swimming at Xel Ha is done in a natural lagoon, rather than an aquarium.

Cruise Passengers: This activity is available to you with your Private Xel Ha Tour or Entrance Ticket. You will need to pre-book well in advance if you want to swim with the dolphins.

Tour Schedule: Three Times Daily at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM

Not Included: Entrance to Xel Ha Park, Transportation. This is an add-on activity to your Xel Ha Tour or Entrance Ticket.

Kids: Minimum Height is 100cm or 40 inches. Kids less than 8 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

IMPORTANT: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.

To make a reservation: Click "Book Now" at the top of the page. You will receive a voucher via e-mail within 24 hours (in most cases) that you will print out and bring with you to Playa del Carmen.
