Q: How will I pay? Can I wait to pay until I arrive in Cancun?

A: We collect a deposit at the time of reservation via any major credit card or Paypal. Safe, secure, and convenient. You will pay the remaining balance in cash, the day of your service.

Q: How will I find my driver? What if my flight is delayed?

A: When you exit customs, our greeter will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name on it. We'll escort you to your driver who will be waiting for you curbside. We'll send you complete details with your reservation. You'll supply us with your flight arrival and departure time - it's our job to track the flight and make sure we're there when you are - don't worry, this is what we do.

Q: How will the driver know where and when to pick me up?

A: You'll tell us your flight arrival and departure information when booking - we'll be there to pick you up at the airport, and we'll let you know when to be out front of your hotel when you're heading home.

Q: Should I do a shared or private transfer?

A:If you are one or two people, it will be cheaper for you to take a shared transfer. These transfers fill up quickly and only take a few other people with hotels close to yours. However, many people prefer private transfers because they go directly from your hotel non-stop and you don't have to wait at all for any other guests.

Q: Can you do transfers within the area (not just to/from the airport)?

A: Yes, we can do that for you! You will be charged the same rate for all transfers within Cancun through Puerto Morelos. Q: I only need a departure transfer (Hotel to Airport) - can I do that?

A: Yes, just choose that option when booking.

Q: Can you take me from the Cancun Airport to my Cozumel hotel?

A: Yes! We can take you with our shared airport shuttle. This takes you all the way from the Cancun Airport to your Cozumel hotel, including the ferry tickets to get across on the Cozumel ferry. See that option here.

Q: I'm not staying at a hotel. Can you take me from the Cancun Airport to an Airbnb?

A:Yes, we can! A private transfer is perfect for that. Just choose the zone where your Airbnb is located to get a price and type in the address in the space provided. Q: Can I make last-minute reservations?

A: Within 12 hours of the time of service, we may still be able to accommodate you. Please use the contact button above to call us or chat with us. For less than 12 hours in advance, please call us, we may be able to confirm it for you.

Q: I have 2 people coming in on one day, then 2 others another day, but we're all riding back together - how do I book this?

A: We charge per person, so you would need to book separate one-way transfers. For the arrival, you would need to book two 2-passenger one-way Airport to Hotel transfers, one for each day. For the ride back to the airport, you can book a 4-Passenger one-way Hotel to Airport transfer. Keep in mind that if you book only 1 transfer for the departure, the pick-up hotel and drop-off terminal would have to be the same for all passengers.

Q: We have a group of 4 people coming about the same time, but we are on different flights. Can we book a private transfer and share the cost?

A: If you are arriving on different flights, you will need to book separate transfers. We will track only the single flight on the reservation and will leave when the first party meets the driver. There are just too many things that could potentially go wrong if any other way.

Q: We are traveling back to the airport together with another couple, but our flights are departing from different terminals. Is that okay?

A: Absolutely! Everyone will be leaving from the same hotel, so that's not a problem. For the drop-off, we can take each couple to their respective terminal without any extra cost. Please make sure to add in our "special request box" all the additional information: flight number, departure time and terminal, so that we can plan accordingly.

Q: I need to go from the airport to Hotel A in Cancun, then from Hotel A to Hotel B in Playa del Carmen, then back to the airport - how would I book this?

A: You would need to book the services separately. For your arrival in Cancun, you can book an "Airport to Hotel" service, and we'll take you to Hotel A. For changing hotels, you can book a point-to-point service, just contact us for pricing. For your departure, book a "Hotel to Airport" transfer, and we'll take you from Hotel B straight to the airport.

Q: I need to go from the airport to Hotel A in Akumal, then from Hotel A to Hotel B in Playa del Carmen before going back to the airport - how do I book this itinerary?

A: You will want to do separate reservations – an "Airport to Hotel" to Akumal, and a "Hotel to Airport" from the Playa del Carmen zone, for your departure. Q: What steps are you taking to ensure our safety and health in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

A: Your safety is our priority, and we are fully certified by the Ministry of Health as having met all the training and protocol requirements prescribed by national and worldwide organizations such as the WHO and WTTC. Among the many protocols we have in place to protect your health and safety during your visit are:

• Cleaning and sterilizing the vehicles after each service.
• Sanitizer available in the vehicle.
• Our drivers will sanitize and wear masks for your confidence.
• In case you forget your mask, we will have them available for you.
• On our private transfers, there will be only your driver and your group in the vehicle, nobody from any other group, to keep you safe and secure.
• On our shared transfers, we will maintain social distance, limit the number of guests in the vehicle, and all guests will sanitize and wear masks per guidance from the WHO and WTTC.
• A/C will always be used on "fresh air mode" instead of recycled mode in all our vehicles.

Q: What if my trip gets canceled due to Coronavirus COVID-19?

A: Not to worry! If by any chance, your flight gets delayed or canceled due to Coronavirus COVID-19, we'll gladly re-schedule or cancel your service, free of charges.
