The beach community of Playa Del Carmen lies about 40 miles south of Cancun. Once a sleepy seaside village, Playa del Carmen has blossomed into a thriving destination in its own right, with its famous 5th Avenue lined with shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Playa del Carmen has a totally different vibe than Cancun. It's small, quaint and full of character. You can find everything a tourist can want, but you can also find a taste of "the Real Mexico" without looking very far. Great bars, lots of fun, and we take you there.

Take a drink at the famous cave bar "Alux", browse authentic Mexican handicrafts, or opt for an optional dinner at Karen's Restaurant, one of the area's best. Your guide will show you the best areas, and share with you local insight. A great way to spend an evening!
