This amazing tour will start at an authentic, beautiful landscape located in the Yucatan Peninsula; we will take you to a spectacular pink color lagoon located in Rio Lagartos, its located 150 km from Cancun. Its pink color is due to the high concentration of salt, sun, and microorganisms. You can't miss this experience for bird watching, crocodiles and flamingos! Join us for a journey to the northern reaches of the Yucatan peninsula, we'll board a small boat and travel its submerged mangrove-lined waterways, watching for the amazing array of birdlife that exists here, where flamingos outnumber people and ancient Mayan cities dot the landscape. Get your camera ready! After a delicious lunch, we will venture to the 2,000 years old Ek Balam Mayan ruins, where you will learn the mystery and intrigue of this forgotten empire. You can climb the ruins to the top of the Acropolis for great views of the site all the way to Coba, and your tour guide will amaze you with this place. |
