Q: Can I visit Xcaret if I'm a cruise ship passenger?
A: Yes!  You can ride the ferry to Playa del Carmen where you where our Xcaret Express will take you directly to the park, where you can spend the whole day.  We will pick you up right on time to get you back to the pier when it's time to come back.

Q: Does Xcaret offers an all-inclusive package?
A: Unfortunately no, at this time they offer only a plus package which includes lunch.

Q: I heard there is a night show, do you recommend it?
A: Yes, the night show is a great activity that every member of your family will enjoy, and the best thing is that you won't have to pay anything extra, it's free with your park admission.

Q: Xcaret or xel-ha? Which is better?
A: We highly recommend both as both parks are absolutely wonderful.  The only difference we can mention is that Xcaret more family oriented, as they offer activities to keep the kids entertained and attractions like animals, etc. Also Xcaret is closer to the ferry pier, you can save one hour commute both ways, so that is something to keep in mind. Xel-Ha is more adult oriented and offers you a more laid back atmosphere and also offers you better snorkeling.
