A scuba diving expedition like no other in Playa del Carmen, we will travel to Cancun to dive the world-famous Underwater Museum. This surreal underwater world consists of over 400 life-size statues carved by renowned sculptor Jason de Caires Taylor, arranged only 28 feet deep below the clear blue surface. Each of the sculptures is made from materials designed to promote coral life, which lends to the artwork a fascinating, ever-changing quality, along with attracting marine life. The artificial reef can be seen in crystal clear shallow waters, perfect for divers. We will take two boat dives in two different sections of the underwater museum so you will get to really experience it close up and person. A very different and interesting option, this exceptional scuba diving trip is an experience of art, science, ecology and fun. |

Cruise Passengers: This activity is perfect for a cruise shore excursion, as long as it works with your ship's schedule. Less than 10 minutes by taxi from Calica, and walking distance from the Cozumel ferry pier.
