Cruise Passengers: This activity is located inside of Chankanaab Park, just a few minutes from the cruise pier by taxi. Taxis are lined up waiting for you as you walk off of your ship. This tour features a NO-PORT, NO-PAY policy*. If your cruise ship doesn't make port for any reason, you will receive a refund. Cruise passengers please contact us prior to booking to ensure that you are able to book this tour.
Duration: Approximately 40 min (10 Min. Orientation, 30 Min. Dolphin Time)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Optional: Photos and videos of your swim will be available for purchase. Round-trip Transportation available from your Cancun hotel upon request at $15.00 USD per person. Make sure to type your request for transportation in the comments field when booking.
Kids: Ages 1 and up. Kids' prices apply to ages 6-12 years. Kids 1-5 years are free. Kids under 3.3 ft (101 cm) must fit the vest to perform the Encounter activities. Kids over 3.3 ft (101 cm) and up to 3.9 ft (119 cm) can participate in the program accompanied by a paying adult. Kids over 3.9 ft (119 cm) and up to 4.6 ft (140 cm) can participate in the Encounter program alone. Kids over 4.6 ft (140 cm) can participate alone in all programs by paying the adult price.
*No Port No Pay Details for Cozumel Dolphins: If your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason or does not make port, we can reschedule the same program for any date within the next year for no charge or we can refund your money in full, less a 10% bank transaction fee to cover credit card fees. It's your choice which option is best for you. You'll just need to e-mail a copy of the letter issued by the cruise line stating the situation.
