Not Included: Dock fee paid in cash on the day of the trip. Rates are as follows:

Schedule: Ferries leave Daily at 9:00 AM from the Playa Langosta at Km 5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone, returning at 5:30 PM. Downtown tour is at 2:30 PM Daily.
Duration: Dolphin Swim lasts Approximately 1 Hour. Entire tour lasts between 2.5 hours and 8.5 hours, depending on what ferry you choose to take.
Optional: Round-trip Transportation available from your Cancun hotel upon request at $15.00 USD per person. Make sure to type your request for transportation in the comments field when booking.
Kids: Ages 1 and up. Kids 1-5 years are free to swim with a paying adult. Kids' prices apply to ages 6-12 years. Kids under 8 years old or under 4’ 6” tall (140 cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult (2 adults if under 4 feet (120cm) tall). Kids will perform age appropriate activities.
Restrictions: We do not permit pregnant women of over 5 months to participate in this program. If you are under 5 months pregnant you can participate if accompanied by another adult, but you will need to sign a responsibility form.
To Reach: You can take the included passenger ferry from either the Playa Langosta at Km 5of the Cancun Hotel Zone at 9:00 AM, or you can take the regular Isla Mujeres ferry from Puerto Juarez, which runs every half hour throughout the day (not included). Detailed directions will be issued with your confirmation. You can also do the Royal Garrafon - Dolphin Encounter Combo and save up to 50% on a full day of Isla Mujeres enjoyment.
