"After a false start (the bus went to the wrong hotel on the booked day of the excursion but they gladly rebooked me for the trip the day after), I wasn’t in high hopes… however I couldn’t have been more wrong!  I had booked myself – as a solo traveller – on the Chichen Itza Plus tour and I had got talking to another female solo traveller at the meeting point and despite being initially separated to different buses, the guides allowed her to swap buses at the Cenote stop so that we both had a companion for the day. There was adequate time at each stop, with the guides being well organized and explaining the key facts and timings we needed before we were allowed to venture out alone.  The different parts/stops of the trip provided great variety – Cenote, buffet lunch at a local eatery, guided tour at Chichen Itza and then a brief stop at a small city of Valladolid.  The 13+hrs I was out seemed to fly by.  Apart from the fascinating attractions, the tour guides were the next best part of the trip – they were informative, accommodating, helpful, friendly and downright fun!  They were chatty at each of the stops and even got involved in the joviality on the journey back to the hotels.  I would definitely recommend using Cancun Discounts for any excursions you want to go on in Mexico and if I visit again I’ll definitely be looking them up. "We recently returned from a trip to Riviera Maya, where we had booked a private tour of Coba and local Cenotes through Cancun Discounts. We're really glad we did! The tour guide and driver were great! Antonio was an excellent tour guide, knowing the area well, speaking great English, giving us suggestions that worked out well for revisions to our tour, etc. They picked us up on time, arranged for a private guide in Coba, brought us to a more quiet Cenote so we could enjoy it for as long as we wanted, found a great beach club in Tulum for us to have lunch by the water and even had plenty of bottles of water for us. It was my kids first time out of the country and visiting Coba, seeing the sites along the way, and showing them the many aspects of Mexico was exhilarating to them! "The Diaz Family Excursion experience was phenomenal.  Our driver (Rene) did an excellent job taking us to and from our hotel.  He made our ride to the Mayan Temple and to Cenote an enjoyable experience.  He was prompt and precise about where and when to pick us up.  After I made the mistake of leaving my cell phone in the van, Rene went out of his way to contact me at the Oasis Hotel that same night.  Needless to say with his return to the hotel the next day to pick up the next group, he returned my phone.  At the zip lines we met Eric and Thomas who were our tour guides.  They too did a great job.  They made sure our harnesses were safe and secure and  did an excellent job handling our group of ten that day.  Glad to have such great service that day.  Feel free to expect your experience will be a GREAT ONE. - The Diaz Family from

"We did do the horseback riding at Paradise yesterday and it was an excellent tour.  Horses can be a little difficult and Alberto and the other guides handled it very well.  The transportation to and from Paradise was on time and well done.  The ride itself was a full 90 minutes and well worth the money.  We wanted a tour that was a little off the beaten path and this would be highly recommended. ""We just returned from Puerto Aventuras during the week of June 7 to June 14th. Go soon because there are no crowds and believe it or not...... no worries. No flu and no drug wars in this part of paradise could be spotted. We booked 4 tours with this web site and were a little worried about booking on line with a new tour company. I am a little obsessive about our vacation plans and printing off a travel voucher and expecting our transportation to just show up on time was  just "too" easy. I wanted to let others that may have these same concerns that they are unfounded with Johann & Sandra's tours. Our resort was about an hour south of Cancun and we booked a Chichen Itza, deep sea fishing and whale shark tour and were most impressed. We were picked up at 5am for our whale shark tour and dropped off at 4pm as promised. We were picked up at 6am and returned at 6pm, ahead of schedule, from Chichen Itza. We were able to walk to our boat for fishing about 2 minutes away from our resort, but I'm sure transportation would have arrived on time if requested. Our vouchers we accepted without question by the tour operators and we couldn't have asked for our tours to have been any more exciting or memorable. Oh, I almost forgot to mention my daughters favorite the sea life plus!!!!  AMAZING!!! Transportation right on cue and our vouchers printed off in the convenience of my living room, I am just impressed.
