A night dive in Cancun is a totally different experience than scuba diving during the daytime. Totally different sea life comes out at night - the pretty fish go to sleep, and the strange and unusual come out to play (and prey). An entirely different ecosystem thrives underwater at night in Cancun. Not only are there different creatures to witness, but the ones that are the same adapt different behaviors than during the day. Also, the effect of artificial light can bring out brilliant colors on the reefs that have a blue tint by day. |
