Night diving is a whole different experience. You're diving with a dive light, which lights up the coral reefs, exposing it's brilliant colors and revealing a whole ecosystem at work that is usually hidden during the daytime. You'll see all sorts of unusual creatures on these dives. At night in Playa del Carmen, octopus crawl out of their holes, moray eels swim freely in search of food, lobster can be seen walking along the ocean floor, and a whole different variety of fish come out of hiding while the rest of the underwater world sleeps. |

You'll take a boat trip out to the barrier reef, where your PADI dive master will join you in the water and help you see the wonders of the deep. We always go out in small groups, so you don't have to worry about crowded dives with us.
Cruise Passengers: This activity is not available to cruise ship passengers, as you'll return too late to make your ship. However, you can do our daytime dives.
Requires: Open Water Certification. Not certified? See Discover Scuba Diving.
Tour Schedule: Daily. Exact departure time depends on the time of year. Departure is around sunset. Exact time will be specified on your confirmation ticket.
Duration: Approximately 2 Hours
Departs: Meet at the dive shop in
Playa del Carmen. Detailed instructions will
accompany your confirmation.
Includes: Expert PADI Divemaster in the water with you, 1-tank night dive,
bottled
water.
Bring: Certification Card, Swimsuit, Towel, Dive Gear (if not renting)
