Primax is the top-of-the-line dolphin swim at famous Xcaret Park. You spend more time with the dolphins than any other dolphin swim in the area at 50 minutes, and because it's right inside Xcaret, you can just walk over when it's time to do your swim.

The highlight of Primax is the thrilling foot push, where two dolphins push you with their noses on your feet across the water so fast that you raise out of the water like Superman! It's really fun! It's a very fun thing to do during your great day at Xcaret.

Xcaret Dolphin Swim, Riviera Maya

Location: Xcaret Park in the Riviera Maya. An Xcaret Tour is required to do this activity, unless you have a rental car and want to drive yourself. No other transportation is available. If driving yourself, or taking a taxi from your hotel, see our Discount Entrance Tickets.

Schedule: Daily except on Sundays at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 3:15 PM.

Duration: Approximately 1 Hour, including approx. 50 minutes in the water with the dolphins - the most of any swim in the Riviera Maya, except for Trainer for a Day of course.

Kids: Must be at least 3' 3" (100 cm) to participate. Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Kids 8 years old and up can do the swim by themselves.

IMPORTANT: Xcaret will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
