Get ready to snorkel to great depths up to 12 meters (40 feet), you will have to take one breath to dive, this is the same way dolphins, seals and other mammals do it... We will teach you how to do it in our classroom session and then we will go in to the water with our professional instructor. Our experienced instructor will give you hands on approach to learn the right way to freedive, he will guide you to the depths step by step. Sooner that you'll realize you'll be enjoying the beautiful views of the reef and meet the surrounding fish the way nature intended it to be: no tanks, no bubbles just you and nature! So that you get an idea of the physical requirements to participate, as a rule of thumb, if a you are fit for SCUBA diving, you'll be fit for freediving.
